Managing your subscription

StoreForms uses Shopify's built-in App Pricing. Your subscription is managed inside Shopify, not in StoreForms.

Where to manage it

  1. In the StoreForms admin, go to Settings β†’ Billing.

  2. You'll be redirected to Shopify's native subscription page for StoreForms.

  3. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Cancelling

Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then.

Refunds

Shopify handles charges directly. For refund requests, email us at [email protected].
