What makes it different
Every submission is stored as a Shopify metaobject on your store, not in a third-party database. You browse, edit, and export entries from inside your Shopify admin.
Forms can create or update customers, create B2B companies, tag customers, fire Shopify Flow triggers, apply discount codes, and add free gifts to the cart at $0 — all without leaving Shopify.
Where it lives on your storefront
StoreForms ships as a theme app extension block. You drop it onto any page in your theme editor under the standard Apps block picker. No theme code edits.
