For wholesale and B2B onboarding forms, StoreForms can automatically create a Shopify Company on submit.
Setup
Add a field with the Company name role to your form.
Optionally add fields for Company VAT, address, contact name, etc., with the appropriate roles.
In the Actions card, toggle on Create as company.
What happens
A new Company is created in your Shopify admin under Customers → Companies. If Create as customer is also enabled, the new customer is automatically assigned as the company's primary contact.
If the company email is already taken
If the email is already used by another company contact, we create the company without auto-attaching that existing customer (safety measure — we don't cross-link records without merchant configuration).
