This guide walks you through creating, configuring, and publishing your first form. Should take under five minutes.
1. Create a form
In the StoreForms admin, click Create form.
Give it a name (this is internal — customers never see it).
A new form opens in the editor with an Email field already added.
2. Add fields
Click Add field in the Form section to add more fields. Pick the type (text, phone, dropdown, file upload, etc.). Edit each field's label, placeholder, and whether it's required.
3. Configure actions
Open the Actions card. Decide what happens when a customer submits — create a Shopify customer, tag them, trigger a Flow, apply a discount code, add a free gift.
4. Save and publish
Click Save. Your form is now active. Next, add the form block to your theme so customers can see it.
