The form doesn't appear on my storefront

If you've saved a form in the admin but can't see it on your storefront, one of a few common causes is usually at play.

1. The form block isn't added to the theme

Saving a form in the StoreForms admin creates it, but doesn't place it on a theme page. Go to Online Store β†’ Themes β†’ Customize, navigate to the page where you want the form, add the StoreForms form block from the Apps tab, and pick which form to render.

2. The wrong form is selected in the block settings

In the theme editor, click the form block and check the dropdown in the right panel β€” it should match the form you're testing.

3. The form is set to draft

Check that the form's status is Active (not Draft) in the StoreForms admin form list.

4. The theme is preview-only

If you added the block to a theme that's not published, you'll only see it via the theme preview URL.
